Parkview Medical Clinic is proud to offer patients free access to their health information online. Follow My Health is a secure, interactive patient portal where you can get your medical information as well as communicate with your provider 24/7.

Primary Uses for Follow My Health:

• Message your provider securely
• Request an appointment
• Request a medication refill
• View your basic health information

If you do not have a Follow My Health account and would like to enroll, you can call us at 952-758-2535 and we will send you an invitation.

Please Note: Follow My Health should not be used for emergency services. In a true emergency, dial 9-1-1. If you need to talk to a provider immediately, call 952-758-2535 during daytime hours or 952-758-2536 after hours.

We recognize that during COVID-19, patients may prefer or be required to have a Telemedicine visit with their provider instead of coming in to the clinic. We do have screening measures in place for in-person visits and are serving patients during regular business hours at our clinic.

We do have Telemedicine capabilities and can see you over your phone or computer. If you prefer a Telemedicine visit instead of coming in or if Telemedicine is more convenient for you, please call us at 952-758-2535 and tell us you want to schedule a Telemedicine visit. We will give you more information when you call. We are not scheduling Telemedicine visits via Follow My Health appointment requests at this time and do request you call to make a Telemedicine appointment.

AskYourDoc is a 3rd party app designed by primary care physicians to enhance the care provided to patients. AskYourDoc allows patients to connect with their Primary Care Physician. Patients can send a text message, picture and video/voice messages.
AskYourDoc does not bill insurance the patient pays a small fee at the beginning of the visit out of pocket.
